By proceeding with the reservation and/or paying for accommodation or services you accept and agree with the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
1.1. The Hotel means Vila Vivari, VAT No.117139588, registered in Greece, Nauplio, 210 60 Vivari Argolidas under the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism with the license number 1245Κ133Κ0408801.
1.2. Booking means the reservation for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items made with the Hotel.
1.3. Website means http://www.vilavivari.com and/or https://vilavivari.com and/or any other website owned or operated by the Hotel relating to a Hotel from time to time.
2. Rates
2.1. The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in arrival and/or departure dates.
2.2. Rates do include applicable government and local taxes at time of reservation.
2.3. Rates are quoted in Euro.
2.4. Conversion to any other monetary currency provided on the Hotel website is informative. Any such conversion rate is based on Yahoo finances. Exact exchange rate upon payment may vary slightly, depending on the bank rates applicable in the moment of payment.
2.5. In the event of a reservation based on an incorrectly posted rate, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the price. Should the guest not agree with a change the Hotel has the right to cancel the reservation.
3. Occupancy
3.1. Maximum number of guests per room is displayed in room characteristics.
3.2. Rates displayed are for one or two people. Additional guest(s), if allowed, is subject to an extra charge as defined hereinafter.
3.3. A 15,00 EUR fee will be charged for a third and each additional adult.
3.4. If apartment is occupied solely by children, first two children do not pay any extra fee. Third and each additional child, if allowed, is subject to an extra charge as defined hereinafter.
3.5. Children five (5) years and less, stay for free.
3.6. Children from six (6) until twelve (12) years are subject to a 5,00 EUR fee per night.
3.7. Children, thirteen (13) and fourteen years old are subject to a 10,00 EUR fee per night.
3.8. Children, fifteen (15) years and more are considered as adults.
3.9. Apartments are equipped with an extra rollaway or pull-out sofa bed when an additional guest is occupying the apartment.
3.10. No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
4. Breakfast
4.1. All our rates include a breakfast provided for every day of stay. Breakfast is served in the apartments in the morning until 10:00.
5. Arrival and departure times
5.1. A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
5.2. Check-in time is from 15:00.
5.3. Check-out time is by 10:00. All guest(s) are to vacate their room(s) on the last day of their stay by this hour.
5.4. Should you arrive early or depart late, several services are available as per example storing your luggage until the check-in, dressing room for You to change clothes, use of a hotel swimming pool.
5.5. An earlier use of room starting at 10:00 may be available for a fee of 30,00 EUR, subject to room availability and occupancy level.
5.6. Longer use of room until 18:00 may be available for a fee of 30,00 EUR, subject to room availability and occupancy level.
6. Eligible reservations
6.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a room.
6.2. The Hotel may cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
6.3. Children under fifteen (15) years of age staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
6.4. Cots and extra beds are available, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
7. Booking
7.1. A cash deposit or a credit card authorisation or credit card payment representing the entire stay is required upon check-in for guests coming in person without a reservation.
7.2. A credit card payment or authorisation representing the entire stay is required upon an on-line reservation through the Hotel website www.vilavivari.com .
7.3. Bank deposit or transfer representing the entire stay is required for a telephonic reservation.
7.4. At the time of booking or at check-in, the Hotel will take guest's credit/debit card details and he/she will authorise the use of this card for any sums that become owing to the Hotel.
7.5. The Hotel also has the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances or if the Booking includes the supply of certain items or services. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.
8. Credit card transactions
8.1. A valid credit card is required for all on-line reservations.
8.2. The Hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB credit cards.
8.3. Upon on-line reservation, credit card will be charged or authorised for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
8.4. Credit card transaction are using a secured connection provided by the Eurobank Cardlink site. The Hotel does not store any identification details of the payment (e.g. credit card number, credit card validity, CVV or other security code, holder's name).
9. Cancellations & Amendments
9.1. Reservations made under the Hot Deal B&B rate
9.1.1. Reservations made with Hot Deal B&B rate rate require full pre-payment and are non-cancellable, non-amendable non-transferable and non-refundable.
9.1.2. In special circumstances a guest may request booking cancellation or alteration. The Hotel may agree to such action and impose fees under discretion.
9.2. Reservations made with Flexible B&B rate
9.2.1. Reservations made with Flexible Flexible B&B rate require pre-authorization in the amount of a full stay and can be cancelled, transferred or amended.
9.2.2. Cancellation made earlier than one (1) week, i.e. seven (7) days, before the arrival are free of charge. In this case any amount authorized on the credit card is unblocked in full.
9.2.3. Cancellation made one (1) week, i.e. seven (7) days, or less before the arrival are charged in the full amount of an intended stay. In special circumstances a guest may request refund. The Hotel may agree to such action and impose fees under discretion.
9.3. In the event of guest(s) not arriving, apartment(s) are kept reserved for the use of eligible guest(s) according to the reservation.
10. Personal data
10.1. The Hotel does not store any identification details in regard of the payment (e.g. credit card number, credit card validity, CVV or other security code, holder's name).
10.2. Proceeding with the reservation and/or payment, the guest allows the Hotel to collect and use guest(s) personal data (e.g. name, surname, date of birth, address, zip code, city, country, phone number, email) for purposes expressed here.
10.3. The Hotel may collect and use guest(s) personal data to comply with applicable laws or request or direction of the governmental authorities. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or other government authority as required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime.
10.4. The Hotel may collect and use guest(s) personal data to administer, manage and maintain customer relationship with the guest.
10.5. The guest may at any time revoke his/her wish to participate in maintaining customer relationship (e.g. unsubscribe from mailing list etc.) with the Hotel. The Hotel will then stop using guest's personal data for reasons mentioned paragraph
11. Leisure
11.1. Guests staying in the Hotel may use hotel facilities (e.g. swimming pool, cooking) throughout the duration of their stay. Charges and/or deposit may apply for use of some facilities (e.g. rockets rental).
11.2. At certain times, facilities may become unavailable due to maintenance, adverse weather or acts of higher power.
11.3. The Hotel provides first aid and rescue service, but any use of the hotel facilities is at own risk.
11.4. Swimming pool operates daily from 9:00 until 19:00. For water treatment, swimming pool may be closed on certain dates, in which case its use is forbidden. Such operational restriction is visible by a sign located at the swimming pool entrance.
11.5. Children using swimming pool must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
11.6. At certain times hotel host weddings, events and parties, with which you may not feel comfortable. Please contact the Hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.
11.7. Smoking on public areas is forbidden.
11.8. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or the Hotel employees. Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove guest(s) from the Hotel if, in Hotel's reasonable opinion, it is considered this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case the Hotel has no obligation to refund for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
12. Parking
12.1. Hotel provides guests with own car park enclosed within the hotel area.
12.2. Every room is eligible for one (1) parking space free of charge.
12.3. Additional slot(s) may be granted, subject to free spaces available. Such additional space may not be available for the entire duration of stay.
12.4. There is a charge for additional parking space.
12.5. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. Hotel do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
13. Animals
13.1. Animals without prior arrangement are not accepted.
13.2. Guide dogs are accepted with prior arrangement.
13.3. Other animals may be accepted at the Hotel's discretion.
14. Liability
14.1. The guest(s) shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
14.2. The Hotel will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Hotel.
14.3. The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by the guest(s) as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
14.4. The Hotel reserves the right and you hereby authorize the Hotel to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when the guest(s) leave.
15. General terms
15.1. The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
15.2. The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Hellenic republic.
15.3. The Greek courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with the Contract, including disputes relating to any non-contractual or contractual obligations.
